Why is Bone & Marrow not labelled organic?
Liver and Kidney carry organic certification, and their labels say so. Our bone and marrow supply is grass-fed and pasture-raised, but it is not certified organic — so the word stays off that bottle. We would rather leave it off than stretch it.
Is it genuinely Zabiha halal?
Yes. Every animal is hand-slaughtered Zabiha. No machine slaughter, at any point in the chain.
