Key Benefits
The Whole Table
Made by Nature, Backed by Science.
The Whole Animal
Liver, heart, kidney, bone and marrow — four organs and the fat, the way a nose-to-tail table was always set.
Full Dose, Every Bottle
Each organ arrives full size, at the serving printed on its own label. Nothing is reduced to fit the box.
The Barrier, Fed
Whole rendered tallow is close in composition to the fats skin already makes, so it absorbs rather than sits.
One Standard Throughout
Hand-slaughtered Zabiha, pasture-raised, freeze-dried at low temperature. The same rules for every item in the box.
For Whom
Is The Ancestral Core Right For You?
Ancestral nutrition is not for everyone, and that is the point. This is the whole table, for people rebuilding from the inside out.
Running on Empty
When you cannot say which one thing is missing, feed all of it. Four organs at full serving, one routine.
Nose-to-Tail Eaters
You know the worth of organ meat but not always the taste. This is the honest shortcut, whole.
Rebuilding, Not Topping Up
You are not chasing one nutrient. You want the whole table set, and set properly.
Hair, Skin and Nails
Connective tissue thins with the years. Bone and marrow taken in, tallow put on.
Whole-Food Purists
Short ingredient lists. No synthetics. Food, taken the way it was meant to be taken.
One Box, No Guesswork
You would rather buy the whole protocol once than assemble it bottle by bottle.

Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory before it is released.
The Ritual
Simple. Steady. Daily.
Four bottles in, one jar on.
01
Follow each label
Six capsules from Liver, six from Heart, six from Bone & Marrow, and three from Kidney. Ideally with a meal, so the fat-soluble nutrients absorb fully.
02
Apply the tallow morning and night
After a gentle cleanser, in place of your moisturiser. A pea-sized scoop is plenty. External use only.
03
Give it a season
Nutrient stores rebuild over weeks, not days. Steady use is what shows.
Questions
Answered Plainly
What is in The Ancestral Core?
One bottle each of Liver, Heart, Kidney and Bone & Marrow, plus one 4 oz jar of Beef Tallow. All five arrive full size.
How much do I save?
The five come to $267.00 bought separately. The bundle is $227.00, so you keep $40.00.
Why all four organs together?
A nose-to-tail table was never one organ. Liver, heart, kidney and bone and marrow each carry a different part of the animal, and this is the whole of it in one box.
How is this different from SHIFA Complete?
SHIFA Complete is one bottle with the organs blended together. The Ancestral Core ships them as four separate full-size bottles, each at the serving printed on its own label, plus the tallow jar.
Scented or unscented tallow?
Choose your scent at checkout. Unscented has no added fragrance. Scented adds frankincense, tea tree and sandalwood.
How can I trust the quality?
All our organs are 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised, and we third-party test every batch so you get some of the purest nutrients on the market. Liver, Heart and Kidney are also all organically sourced — because we really do care about the quality.
Is it genuinely Zabiha halal?
Yes. Every animal is hand-slaughtered Zabiha. No machine slaughter, at any point in the chain.Beyond faith, the standard covers the animal's whole life — raised with care, hand-slaughtered one at a time, fully drained, nothing wasted. Read Zabiha Halal, Explained.
Can I subscribe to a bundle?
Yes. Choose the subscription option at checkout and the whole set arrives on schedule.
