Purchase Options Cancellation Policy (Subscriptions)

Some products on our store may be available as a subscription. This policy explains how subscription billing, renewals, changes, and cancellations work.

1) Subscriptions: What you’re signing up for

When you purchase a subscription you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment method will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in the subscription terms shown to you, subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.

If we offer subscriptions with a minimum commitment term, that minimum term and any early-cancellation rules will be clearly disclosed at checkout and/or in the subscription agreement for that product, and will apply to that subscription.

2) Billing & authorization

  • By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for each recurring order at the price shown at checkout (plus applicable taxes and shipping, if any).

  • Your payment details are stored securely by our payment processor.

  • If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or pause fulfillment until payment is successfully processed.

3) Auto-renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel. You can cancel any time (see Section 5).

4) Managing your subscription (where available)

You can manage your subscription through the subscription portal:

  • Use the “Manage subscription” link in your subscription/order emails, or

  • Log into your customer account on our website (if available).

Depending on the subscription options enabled for your plan, you may be able to:

  • Update your shipping address and payment method

  • Change delivery frequency or next order date

  • Skip an upcoming order or pause your subscription

  • Add/remove items or adjust quantities

  • Cancel your subscription

If a specific option is not available in your portal, it means it is not enabled for that subscription. In that case, contact us and we’ll help where possible.

5) Cancellation & minimum-term commitments

Month-to-month subscriptions: You can cancel at any time. To avoid being charged for the next scheduled order, you must cancel before the next billing/processing time shown in your subscription portal.

Subscriptions with a minimum commitment (if offered): Some subscription options may be offered with a minimum term (for example, a 3-month commitment). If you select a minimum-term option at checkout, the subscription will remain active for the length of that minimum term.

  • You may request cancellation at any time; however, cancellation takes effect at the end of the minimum term, and you may still be billed for any remaining scheduled orders within that commitment period.

  • Any early cancellation terms (if applicable), such as an early-cancellation fee or conversion to a non-discounted price, will be clearly shown at checkout or in the subscription terms you selected.

After the minimum term ends, the subscription will renew on a month-to-month basis unless you cancel.

Important: Once a recurring order has been processed (payment captured and/or fulfillment initiated), it may not be possible to stop shipment. If it ships, it will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

6) Changes to subscription pricing

We may change product prices over time due to ingredient costs, supply chain changes, or other factors. If the price for your subscription changes:

  • The new price will apply to future renewals after the change takes effect.

  • Any promotional/introductory discounts apply only as stated at checkout and may not apply to future renewals unless explicitly advertised.

7) Shipping frequency, timing, and stock issues

  • Subscription orders ship according to the frequency you select, but actual delivery timing can vary based on carrier delays and operational factors.

  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, we may delay shipment until it becomes available. If a prolonged delay occurs, we may contact you with options.

8) Returns & refunds for subscription orders

Subscription orders follow the same rules as all purchases. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Important note for consumables/personal care: For safety and hygiene, opened consumable or personal-care items typically cannot be returned (unless there’s a defect, damage in transit, or the wrong item was sent). Any eligible refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

9) How to contact us

If you can’t access your subscription portal or need help, contact us using the details in our Contact Informationpolicy/page, and include:

  • The email used at checkout

  • Your order number (if available)

  • The subscription product name and what you want to change (skip/pause/cancel)
